StockVision AI provides an AI-powered stock chart analysis tool that allows users to upload stock chart images and receive automated technical analysis including BUY, SELL, or HOLD signals, support and resistance levels, and price targets.

The Service is provided free of charge, supported by advertising revenue. Users may be required to view advertisements to continue using the Service after a set number of free analyses.

3. Not Financial Advice

All analysis, signals, price targets, and recommendations generated by StockVision AI are:

• Generated by artificial intelligence and may be inaccurate
• For educational and informational purposes only
• Not a substitute for professional financial advice
• Not guaranteed to be accurate, complete, or timely

6. Advertising

The Service displays advertisements provided by Google AdSense and potentially other advertising networks. By using the Service, you consent to the display of such advertisements. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements.

The ad-gate feature requires users to view a short advertisement after every 3 analyses to continue using the Service. This is a condition of free access to the Service.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of StockVision AI — including but not limited to the website design, text, graphics, logos, and AI analysis output — are owned by StockVision AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of any stock chart images you upload. By uploading images, you grant us a temporary, limited licence to process them through our AI analysis system.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, StockVision AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to financial losses, loss of data, or loss of profits arising from your use of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms of Service or are misusing the platform.

10. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
