• Account Information: Email address and password (encrypted) when you create an account via email, or your Google profile name and email if you sign in with Google.
• Usage Data: Number of chart analyses performed, date and time of analyses, and session activity stored in Firebase Firestore.
• Uploaded Images: Stock chart images you upload for analysis. These are sent directly to the AI model for analysis and are not stored on our servers after analysis is complete.
• Device & Browser Data: IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited — collected automatically via Google Analytics.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and improve the AI stock chart analysis service
• To manage your account and authenticate your identity
• To track usage limits and ad-gate session counts
• To display relevant advertisements via Google AdSense
• To analyse website traffic and improve user experience via Google Analytics
• To send important account-related emails (e.g. password reset)

3. Google AdSense & Advertising

We use Google AdSense to display advertisements on our website. Google AdSense may use cookies and web beacons to serve ads based on your prior visits to our website and other sites on the internet.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads based on your visit to our site. You may opt out of personalised advertising by visiting Google Ads Settings.

4. Google Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use our site. Google Analytics collects anonymous data including pages visited, time spent on site, and general location (country/city level). This data is aggregated and does not identify you personally.

5. Firebase (Google)

We use Firebase Authentication and Firebase Firestore (both Google services) to manage user accounts and store usage data. Your data is stored securely and only accessible to your own authenticated account. Firebase complies with GDPR and other major privacy regulations.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to any third party. We only share data with:

• Google / Firebase: For authentication, data storage, analytics, and advertising (as described above)
• Anthropic: Stock chart images are processed via the Anthropic Claude API for AI analysis. Anthropic's privacy policy applies to this processing.
• Legal requirements: If required by law or court order

7. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Usage tracking data (analysis counts) is minimal and may be reset periodically. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us.
